Frey acquires Parc Vallès for 82.5 million euros

The French investment fund buys the center of leisure and commerce

The French investment fund Frey has acquired Parc Vallès, previously owned by the British Pradera fund, for 82.5 million euros. An operation that excludes Caprabo, Juguetilandia, Jysk and McDonalds, who still own their units.

It is necessary to understand this process within a shareholder scope, since Pradera - the main holder of the park since 2006 - will continue being responsible of the complex management.

The great experience of the Frey investment fund in the management of medium-sized parks will focus on improving the good results of the center achieved so far.
