Parc Vallès obtains the Breeam sustainable construction certificate

Parc Vallès has been certified with the Breeam seal, which is a procedure for evaluating environmental performance and the most widespread certification of sustainable buildings at national and international level.

It is an international method developed by the UK BRE Global organization that allows us to measure the degree of environmental sustainability of buildings. This system aims to implement the following objectives to improve the sustainability of the buildings that are intended to be constructed:

• Reduce the environmental impact during the life of the buildings.
• Establish standards above the requirements of current applicable legislation.
• Stimulate demand for sustainable buildings.
• Make a public comparison between buildings.
• Implement a recognized ecological label.
• Stimulate technological innovation in the construction sector.

As a noteworthy point of this system it should be mentioned that it improves the flexibility and useful life of the buildings, and increases its functionality and the value of the property built under these parameters, this revaluation can be about 10% above the value of other similar homes, but of standard construction. It uses a simple and transparent valuation procedure, which is based on real tests and checks.
